- 100g Water
- 153g Queal
- 350g Water
Shake the crap out of it. Still don't have any Lite bags to see if it mixes better.

- 200-250g Milk/Milk Substitute
- 150-250g Water

- Protein Powder (usually I use Formula 80 Evolution or MyProtein)
- PB2
Milk/Milk Substitute
- Low fat milk
- Alpro (Almond, Almond Vanilla, Coconut, Coconut-Almond, Cashew, Oats)
- Oatly
- Iced coffee (I try to get lactose free or low fat variant)
Some interesting mixes
- vanilla protein, Queal Awesome Apple Pie, low fat/cashew milk = just yummy creamy flavor
- coconut protein, Queal Cool Chocolate, coconut milk = bounty
- chocolate protein, Queal Completely Coconuts, coconut milk = bounty (more coconut)
- PB2 powder, Queal Funky Forest Fruit, low fat milk = PB & Jelly
- any flavor protein, Queal Morning Macchiatto, * = flavored coffee
- caramel protein, Queal Crazy Chocolate Peanut, low fat milk = snickers
- caramel protein, Queal Cool Chocolate = mars
For added flavor or sweetness (usually not needed) I might sometimes add

- MyProtein My Syrup
