I have had multi iterations of the queal shaker and I like the latest, “green” one the most. I fill 1/3 a bag into the wide mouth shaker. And I fill the shaker out of a cooled water fountain until the water and powder together come to about the 600 mL line. I shake as I walk back to my work desk and by the time I am there , 60 seconds, the shake is cool and smooth. With the older shakers I would make queal in the blender in the morning and cool in the fridge until lunch, but not anymore.
