What was the outcome of the big bag pilot test?

I bought some big bags on the pilot program which really made me save money in shipping. I was about to order again but they are not available anymore, which makes sense as it was a pilot. I'm wondering what was the result, was it not worthy or are you considering offering the big bags in the future?

The test was a success, the products were well received and we think the bags are a good option with regards to shipping and sustainability.

We're now looking at the options if/when we can replace the current bags. One option we're considering is smaller sample packs, or foregoing that and changing all Steady bags to the larger format. This will take some time (we have a lot of current bags), so I can't give an exact timeline. If we will switch over, it will take several months.

I hope you keep the smaller bags, I don't find the big ones easy to use myself. The opening isn't very accessible, and getting the last 2 portions out is a pain.

What I do is empty the big bag into a plastic container with a screw lid (similar to this but 6 liter https://fitnessmania.com.au/shop/my-protein/nutrition-my-protein/screw-top-tub-unflavoured-1250ml/). I believe it takes 3 big bags and still room for more.

It's far more conveniente to use and when you start to see the bottom, time to order more. Actually that's a pretty neat idea, a big Queal branded jar with "if you can see this, time to order more" printed at the bottom
