I am new to Queal and I wonder what to order.
For now I would like to use Queal as follows:
I want to replace my breakfast and lunch at work with Queal. For Dinner I would like to eat "normal" food.
The Queal Athletic bag has 2300 kcal. So I thought I would try to make 5-6 meals out of one bag and get meals with about 380-460 kcal. I am going to gym about 2-3 times a week doing some workout and cardio.
What would you / others do?
Which one should I choose or is it equal in this situation?
