Thoughts on Spectacular Speculoos :cookie:

Hey Guys,

Ok, we’ve had Spectacular Speculoos as a Limited Edition once before.
Still, some may have missed it the first time, or are part of a relatively new group of Quealers.

But whether it’s your first time Spectacular Speculoos’ing or not: we were wondering what you think of it.

Certainly the best Limited Edition I tried so far (bin a Quealer since September this year). I must say it tastes more like speculaas than speculoos but it's still very nice. It's quite profound but not too much as I had with Awesome Apple Pie. I will certainly order some more if the next Limited Edition will be less appealing.

Whats the best approach to take with limited editions as a subscriber?

Hey @trtr!

We expect it'll be sold out within a week.
So I'd recommend adding them as one-time products to your subscription, and then having your subscription renew a bit earlier using the Queal Dashboard.

You can then afterwards change the next renewal to be a bit later, so that you'll have plenty time to run out of bags again before the next renewal.

Since i first tried Spectacular Speculoos last year, it´s my favorite LE. I wish i could buy it the whole year.

I enjoyed the flavor since you first introduced it so I have nothing more to add to the praises but this year will be the first time trying it under 5.0 formula. In fact just this week I finished the last bag from last year order so might notice a difference

But what's up with the new Rich Roasted Apple flavor??? Two months in a row I make an order then a day later you introduce new limited edition Seriously, you should have dates set for limited editions, this randomness and unknownness (is that even a word?) is not god for anyone IMO, especially subscribers.

@SilentException Woah! Hope keeping that 4.0. Spectacular Speculoos pouch closed until just last week wasn't too hard Curious to hear about your opinions on this version

@trtr & @SilentException Hmm, I understand that it can be frustrating to miss out on some of the limiteds, especially when it happens two times in a row. We do not have set dates for introducing LE's indeed, but know that you can always ask us about the status whenever you're planning on making an order

I didn't like it too much. It was ok but not fantastic. Not sure but something in the flavour was bugging me.

Cookies and Cream on the other hand is amazing

I've had one shake so far and it was really great.

It tastes like it should be a treat rather than a couple of times aday regular shake, so that's how I plan to take it.

Maybe a couple of times a week - doubt I can make it last a year though!

Tried it today for lunch.
I was expecting a stronger "cookie" kick, instead I mostly got plain cinnamon.
Good, but not one of my favourites.
