Thoughts on Mighty Mango & Sweet Potato :thought_balloon:

Hello to all amazing Quealers,

We've launched our newest Limited Edition Mighty Mango & Sweet Potato about a week ago so there must be some people who've tried it already! If you did so, I'm very curious about your experiences and opinions!

Since Queal Vegan is only available in three flavours now, we thought of making the Limited Edition a vegan this time. Do you like that?

Best so far, no joke. It's sweet but not too sweet and less creamy then the others which I like a lot. It brings back fond memories of Joylent Mango (first version) but that was still quite sour while this is just right. It could be the vegan mix too as I don't think I ever tried a vegan Queal before, and I'm pleasantly surprised that it is an actual improvement for me over the whey version while for Joylent/Jimmy Joy it was in fact the opposite.

If it was up to me, I would make this a permanent flavor.

Received yesterday I just had a first meal but meh, not a fan. Don't hate it but don't quite enjoy it either. Honestly surprised because I usually like weird flavor combinations. I've had vegan hazelnuts before so I was prepared for vegan part but something about this just doesn't work for me. Oh well, can't love them all.

Yeah, that's true. Still very nice of you to take the time and leave your opinion, hope our next Limited Edition will be more of your taste!

I like it. The flavors mingle very well. First the sweet potato's slightly starchy slightly sweet essence hits your tongue. This is followed by the somewhat tangy pleasantly mild taste of mango. I found as I continued on, the sweet potato flavor subdued and the mango flavor prevailed.

Overall a very good flavor and I'm happy I ordered 10 bags in my New Year's Revolution quarterly delivery. It will be awesome to alternate between 4 flavors!

Vegan Cookies and Creme next? Hopefully eventually the vegan flavors expand out and I can have a different flavor for each day of the week!

Happy to hear @Microtic! I think what you're describing here is what I noticed too: it becomes a slightly bit sweeter when it has completely settled.

Enjoy your next New Years Revolution package! Can imagine that it's nice to have an extra flavour option

I like it, but it still doesn't beat out strawberry or forest fruit. I think I taste more sweet potatoe and less mango. I guess I would prefer a straight mango flavor.

I finally opened my first pouch of Mighty Mango & Sweet Potato.
It is not breathtaking gorgeous but I like the subtle Mango flavour and it is not too sweet. I was relieved that the sweet potato is not overwhelming strong and goes really nice with the Mango.

Unfortunately i don't have any coconut flavoured Steady left, because I think it would be great in combination with the Mango. I need to get some coconut water and give it a try

I've decided I'm going to give the mango a try (gonna drop a bag in my next sub order), even though I'm not the biggest fan of mango-flavored drinks. Maybe this time it'll be different -- and if not, well... I'll just put a scoop of it here and there in my banana/strawberry/forest fruit/lemon/etc. until it's gone!

I don't like it. I am pleased to have tried it out – even though it's not my taste. In my opinion it's too bland, I prefer vanilla if I want a taste that is not too dominant.

Unfortunately I really don't like this flavor. I bought 2 bags and tried it just once, I'm afraid I won't finish the first bag. I do find the taste really sweet and it somehow felt way thicker than normal shakes too. I added extra water, but I still didn't like it. I usually like the 'fruity ones', so it's a bit of a shame. Hopefully better luck next time.
