I've been using Queal for at least a month (most of the meals on Monday-Friday) and I really like it. Unfortunately my stomach doesn't enjoy it as much. I hoped the diarrhea (once a day, sometimes twice) would stop after a few weeks but it's not getting better. It's unfortunate because other than this I feel great.
I don't have known allergies. My stomach is much better during the weekend when I don't take Queal.
This week I started eliminating the chocolate and Apple Pie flavors in case it's caused by the cacao or cinnamon, but it doesn't change anything. If anything, Banana and Forest Fruit might make it worse, so now I'm wondering about sucralose. In an old thread Onno mentioned Banana has more sucralose than other flavors (15mg per 100g).
So my question: which flavor has the least sucralose? Once I know that I can try that for a few days to see if I notice any changes...
