Hey all!

We didn't expect the amount of people who do it full-time (8%, and 13% all meals but maybe not all days) to be that high. We also didn't expect that many students, but we were happy to see that most customers are in the IT/software sector (as a confirmation of what we were already expecting). Also, we were surprised that many customers care so deeply (4 out 5) about sustainability. I think it's something that we should 1) better promote (e.g. versus meat-based diet) and 2) get even better at (for instance more sustainable ingredients).

What was the total number of replies? Were there more answers than the previous years?

when you think sustainability, you should think bigger than just the ingerdients. Complet food is per design allready a more sustaineble product. It's the rest that needs to get sustainable to. Solar/wind powered factories and offices, packageing made of resycled materials and other things like that.

The total number of replies is just above 420 (with 405 being completed). This is comparable to last year if you only look at the EU responses, but Complete Foods are much bigger in America.

@jbenneballe I agree with you about the bigger need for sustainability in the broadest sense. We've written two blogs about this (here, and here). But I definitely like to dig deeper into all the externalities (like where the energy comes from)
