Queal is coming to the USA & Canada in Q4 2017!

It's official, guys. After months of hard work, we are proud to announce that we will be bringing Queal to the United States and Canada! In early 2017, we plan on shipping out the very first orders.

Thanks for asking! We hope to know a date really soon, just waiting on one very minor change with regards to the import/export. Thank you for your patience, and when we have a definitive date you will be the first to know.

No exact date yet, unfortunately.

We were approved by the US government for import already several months ago, but we're still being stonewalled regarding a small amendment to the permit. It has proven to be extremely difficult to get, and believe in, promised timelines by their agencies. So I don't feel comfortable giving any better indication of when we can finally move out.

All I can state is we are doing our very best to get there ASAP.

Do you guys know Soylent is banned in Canada since last fall? There is no way to order it here - neither on Soylent website nor from Amazon.

I know Canada is 8-9 smaller than the U.S. but maybe this is your chance to get some better market share in North America? Current situation with shipping from Europe is a good MVP, but not sth too convenient...

Yes, we are aware of this.

Shipping from our EU warehouse to Canada takes less than a week on average.
And shipping cost is around €20,-.

We're hoping that that is low enough of a barrier to gain a more extensive foothold in Canada before opening a dedicated warehouse there.

Our recently opened warehouse in the USA is not yet running at a high enough capacity that we are comfortable opening a third. So convince your American friends to try Queal, and then we'll see what we can do!

We know that a big delay has occurred regarding the new Go bar but we won't be cancelling it. In contrast, I can tell you you'll hear about Go nuts & sea salt very soon!

Got the package yesterday - took 10 days to get to Ottawa. It looked like it went through a lot (was definitely opened), but there were no extra taxes on it. It's also my first try of Queal vegan - tastes pretty good.

I only hope you can work something out with faster delivery times - I live a quite nomadic lifestyle, moving every 1-2 months and it's quite to time Queal deliveries. I can't get stuck with a few extra kilos when moving to a new city, cause they simply won't fit in my suitcase
