In another thread, I found this helpful info on caffeine:
It's true that caffeine (part of Guarana) prompts your body to make more adenosine and increases the number of receptors for adenosine in your body, the level of caffeine is that of one single cup of coffee (87,5mg). Most general advise argues that up to 400mg is 'safe',2 but it's very hard to pinpoint the exact level of habituation/tolerance.
Didn't find any info on the other ingredients, though.
