For context: I'm generally a rather active person and often feel restless when I spend an entire workday mostly sitting at my desk. For that reason, I never started drinking coffee and generally avoid stimulants - I feel like I more often have too much energy than too little.
I now tried FLOW and like it, but I still often feel restless, and I wonder whether the caffeine contained in FLOW amplifies the restlessness, or whether it doesn't (thanks to the L-Theanine). Alternatively to taking FLOW, I could
(1) buy the other three ingredients (L-Theanine, CDP-Choline & Ashwagandha) separately and take them without caffeine. I'm not sure if it's worth the effort, though, and if it still works as well without the caffeine.
(2) do other things be calmer and more relaxed (e.g. more meditation, more regular routines, ...)
