Hi,
I've been using Queal Athletic for some weeks now and it's been really helpful to improve my intake of calories per day (I'm trying to gain some weight). I've read & learnt a lot about nutrition to improve my lifestyle and Queal meets all my standard for a good meal replacement after I hit the gym. I know that carbs & proteins tends to lower your pH (acid) and vegetables tends to alkalify it back.
I was just wondering if you've done tests to check the effect of Queal (especially Athletic with its high concentration of protein) on the acid-base homostasis of our blood ?
Just want to know if I need to eat more vegetables or drink more alkaline water
