If you're peeing more than you normally do then you've either upped your water intake, changed your environment and so using less - i.e. made it cooler, done less exercise etc or you have a medical issue.
All water in your diet counts twds your total, including fruit, veg, soup, soft drinks, cereal, beer, Queal etc.
If your pee is not too dark or too pale then you're fine. Usually straw coloured is good.
You can taper consumption down as you move towards the evening and so have less to process before bed and whilst asleep.
