Order hasn't arrived and no reply from support

I am not sure what's going on.

My (first) order didn't arrive: DHL refused to deliver it (7+ days ago) and refused to provide further information.

I wrote 2 emails to Queal support (4+ days ago) asking what's next, still didn't get any reply.

UPD: unfortunately both DHL and mail had some hiccups. As soon as I could reach the Queal team the issue was solved.

Hi @Art, I'm really sorry but I can't find any open tickets, or any tickets, with your name. The email is probably stuck in the void. Could you send me a DM here, a message on facebook or try resending the email to me @ floris @ queal.com .

We always make sure a package arrives, and if not we can resend it or refund you.

Received the box Queal team is decisively ready to help, the issue was solved as soon as they received my ticket. There was a problem with emails... but I hope it's solved now.
