I am not sure what's going on.
My (first) order didn't arrive: DHL refused to deliver it (7+ days ago) and refused to provide further information.
I wrote 2 emails to Queal support (4+ days ago) asking what's next, still didn't get any reply.
UPD: unfortunately both DHL and mail had some hiccups. As soon as I could reach the Queal team the issue was solved.
