Order error on my part - advice / help pls - Solved within 1/2 hour!

I’ve made an error my new order - I’d like all of it to be Agile but somehow have made it all Standard.

I tried calling the number on the order conformation email but got a vm - so didn’t leave a message.

I've dropped a mail instead asking if it can be converted to Agile and i’ll pay the difference or if i should cancel it and I’ll reorder.

If I need to place a new order it'd be useful to know asap - as I dont want to delay.

I've seen and responded to your mail & also made the additional payment for Agile - so we're all good on the payment side too.

Update - my order arrived within 48 hours which is great!

I do wonder what impact Brexit may have on both pricing & delivery.

I'm sure you'll do this anyway, but I'd ask that you keep a close eye on the impact and give us UK based Quealers as much notice as possible of any changes.

It may that we buy a larger order in the run up to whatever it finally is, to tide us over the inevitable hiccups

Let's hope that Brexit will be as soft as a molten Go Dark Choco bar, and not as hard as a Go Nuts & Seasalt.

And we will definitely let you know if we expect any negative impact from Brexit for shippping etc.
