No WundrBar boxes in last shipment

Hi! Upon receiving my last order yesterday, I was a bit disappointed to find the bars weren't neatly packed in 5-bar boxes as usual, but instead were all loose:

I don't mind the bars moving around during transport, since they're quite sturdy and I'm sure they're all perfectly fine.

However, it was a major pain in the ass to count them and then stash them away as I usually do: without boxes, I had to find creative ways to pile them up without suffering a catastrophic collapse...!

We'll talk to our warehouse staff, and make sure they're sending out boxes of 5!

Did you get your free boxes? I ordered 10 boxes last week so am hoping I get 2 boxes free as per the offer as nothing was on the confirmation.

I did get 5 extra bars per 25 bars ordered, even though nothing was on the confirmation nor the online order details. They just weren't in boxes...
For reference, I ordered on the 27th.

Hey Dan, I double checked for you. We definitely sent you two additional free boxes.
It indeed doesn't show up on the confirmation, but trust me, they're in the shipment!

I much prefer not to have to mess with those annoying boxes. Really loose packaging is much better than those. Fiddly and so much trash. Ideally less annoying boxes would be better though.

When the WundrBars came out, I found the most annoying thing to be that there weren't boxes of say 25 bars like JimmyJoy does with Twennybars, which are easily stackable but much more convenient than 5-bar boxes.

I still think it's better than nothing, though, especially for stacking them in a cupboard

Well my order of 10 boxes came, and I received 2 extra boxes They were all loose in 1 box, which I preferred as the small white 5 bar boxes were a little fiddly to open.
