I've tried a stew of sheep's head and feet when I was staying with a Bedouin tribe in the Sahara. It was just as tasty as any other meat-based stew.
I've also tried Haggis when I was in Edinburgh, but I didn't really like it.
And in The Netherlands, salty liquorice is quite 'normal'.
I'm not a huge fan of it, but I certainly wouldn't call it disgusting.
I've always wanted to try durian. I've heard such polarising things about it!
