I've just had a bad experience with order #26009. Qual is an amazing product, but the delivery is part of the service I receive and hence it affects my future buying decisions, and even stops me of recommending you.
I work weekdays fulltime, and the courier only offered me to choose between 8am-2pm or 3pm-9pm. I cannot be waiting at home for 5 hours.
The courier, ASM via GLS, offers some alternatives. Leave it to a shop/neighbour < 200 m from my place, but I don't know them. Deliver in a Parcel Shop, but the parcel shop is further than the ASM agency. So I choose deliver in the ASM agency. I don't prefer walking 20 min while carrying a 10 kg parcel but I have no other option. The details they offer are:

I go there today at 19:45 and it's closed. They don't answer the phone. The sign near the door says open it's from 9:00 to 19:00. This was a bad service and I'll have to go there next week at 18:45 which is bad time for me.
Has anyone had similar problems? I wish that we could choose between different couriers.
I really don't care about new flavours or branded shakers when picking my food is such a headache. I wish I could wait my food at my place for just 2 hours (19.00-21.00) or having a Parcel shop 5 min from my place.
