Loyalty Rewards

Just wondering if there was any place to see what the loyalty rewards look like? Like the mug, pen & notebook (Office package). I'm also keen to know more about any other loyalty rewards levels further down the road -- whether it would be worth my while saving up my points for a higher tier reward instead of "spending them" on a lower tier reward. I'm holding out for the Lamborghini

Thanks for your interest We ourselves don't have pictures of what the gifts look like at the moment, as we like to keep it a surprise.

We promise the loyalty rewards will keep on getting cooler but unfortunately, a Queal branded Lamborghini is not what you can save up for at the moment

how about queal branded underwear i have 29k points to waste

I have a couple of questions/ problems with the awards and points
1 I cannot see how many points I have earned, only that I am at a certain level and have so many points at that level
2 I cannot see how many points each gift costs.

Togther it makes it difficult to decide which awards to choose. Where can I see this information?

Hi @david,

At the top of the 'Queal Progress' page in your dashboard, you should see your total of QP's on the left.

It's true that you can't see the worth of the gifts, that's because they currently go on the basis of levels. The higher your level, the more gifts will unlock. With every 5th level you'll reach you can pick one. If you don't pick one at - for example - level 5 and choose to save up, then you'll have two gifts to pick at level 10 and so on...

We know this is quite a complicated system, we're currently thinking about changing it to an easier one.

Seems that the total points is only visible with the desktop site. The mobile layout loses it and only shows the big level circle.

Today I reached level 20 with my order but this is the first time I am able to choose a reward.
I couldn't choose anything at level 5, 10 and 15. Maybe this happened because I passed those levels the day the dashboard was introduced. However I do think I see lower level rewards in the list because I was able to choose between 2, 5 or 10 bars as a reward for example.
Is this intended or is this an error in the dashboard?

Yes that is because you had the other levels before the dashboard was there. You can always choose from all levels (at least for now), so I would recommend going for the one that has the most value for you

With the update of the dashboard we will make this clearer
