you can calculate your estimated caloric intake per day.
For instance, with your numbers and with a low activity level, you would need about 2,280kcal
But with some exercise a few days a week it would be already 2,610kcal.
Although we can't give you exact advice on how much to eat (but your physician might), a caloric deficit of 500kcal per day will equal about 500g of weight loss per week.
