Queal contains Gluten as it says in the nutritional information under allergens. But how much gluten in a single serving does it contain?
Hi @Chaka, thank you for your question. We make use of Scottish Oat Meal in our Queal, which is 30% (or 35% for Lite) of the total ingredients in one meal. These oats indeed contain gluten protein.
