Hey all - new here & UK based.
Have used powdered food in the past and find it great for convenience, avoiding eating 'rubbish' due to a lack of options and also avoiding eating too much without realising. I find tracking calories is super easy and it also made me more aware of the calories in other foods that I eat.
Am using Queal mostly twice a day - breakfast & lunch, occasionally just the once or even three times.
My top two favourite flavours to date are -
Hazelnut / Chocolate - really excellent with added Coffee granules in the morning and then just as it is - at any other time of the day
Green Apple - good, but with added Cinnamon - it's fantastic!
Found that I really like all the flavours with extra cold water - maybe just because UK tap water is anything but cold right now.
I prefer Agile and would really like everything to be available as Agile & as 5.0, though I do appreciate that Agile is a little niche and it'll take a while to get everything onto 5.0 - so will wait patiently.
Keen to see the Queal team continue to improve the ingredients and make it as healthy as they possibly can, whilst still retaining the great flavours.
I'll also order a couple or few bars each time, but I don't have a lot of use for them currently, so they'll be a much smaller part of my food order, than the powder for now.
