Hi guys, tried to find a topic on Flow with no success.
Started using Flow this week - goal is to take coffee away from the diet.
Quick tip - the flow jar brings its own scoop, maybe clear for many but mine was so deep in the jar that it took a while to find.
Quick feedback from a couple of days:
Struggling with the taste - tried it with water and fruit juice but I need to find something else to cover the flavor
Could feel a certain calmness, possibly facilitating concentration
Could also feel a bit of an energy drain at the end of day
Any tips for the taste challenge?
