@michael I've not tried lite/light which presumably has less carbs. To get a full meal, and feel full, you'll probably need to add flaxseed to your mix.

I do smoothies with salad and whatever seeds and grains I have too much of, and sometimes Queal fits in one of those.
For a nighttime movie, instead of snacks, you could try a tiny bit of milk (1 spoon 3% milk for every 5 spoons water) with the Crazy Peanut and you'll get the feeling of an oversweetened cacao drink like you'd get in a cafe. But healthier. And lasts you the whole movie, so you don't snack on any less healthy foods during or right after 
My default Queal mix is 1/5th of a bag and just enough water to make it feel just slightly more liquid than your typical fruit smoothie. I often eat oat meal or regular jogurt/kefir for breakfast and queal feels like a luxury in comparison, but it has happened that I do a Queal shaker and run for the bus instead of sitting down to eat slowly like a good citizen...
