As you might know and hopefully notice, we highly value the feedback we receive from our customers (you!). Also, as a company, one of our main goals is to be as transparent as possible.
Over the past time, we’ve had both real-time conversations with some of you during so-called ‘customer calls’ and asked you some questions through the dashboard. Recently we decided to go and analyze all of this data, to be able to communicate more openly about what we think of these suggestions/ideas.
We did this by both writing a blog post and adding multiple subjects to our Improvements Timeline. With these, you can now read about what we’ve learned so far, which of your suggestions we’ve already worked on, which ones are not in line with our companies’ mission (and why) and most important: where we will go working on in the (near) future.
So, here on our Improvements Timeline, you’ll now find our past milestones and our future goals. From now on we will keep this page up to date, so please do not stop with sharing your feedback and awesome suggestions.
And because we also wanted to give you some explanations about the subject we won’t be working on, this blog post is now live.
Please go and read them, and let us know what you think! And as you are reading this on our forum: thanks again for being such an awesome, open, critical but creative customer. You rock
