As a tip, if you’re not worried about the calorie count as you’re going to consume them all anyway or are underweight, you should still keep the ratio of milk to Queal higher than usual to prevent clumps.
I personally found the preferred ratio to be more around 300ml of milk to 100g of Queal as opposed to the 250ml and 100g that are used here.
Also, it works great with all the flavors I’ve tried it with instead of just the ones suggested here: the use of milk just makes the shake slightly sweeter and creamier than usual.
