First of all I may set some context:
I'm using Queal only for lunch time and only from Monday to Saturday (also some Fridays).
Also, I have to say I'm trying to standardise my diet so I wont have to worry about what to eat never again during the week days (weekends I use to be more flexible with food). With this purpose , this is my diary diet:
-- 75 g of oats with semi-milk and sugar free cacao for breakfast
-- Queal Standard + 30g of Isolate Whey protein for lunch
-- An apple as snack on the afternoon
-- Salad made of lettuce, cheese, onion, tuna/ham, pineapple,
I only drink water during the weekdays (or milk for BFast) and also train 4-5 days per week for 2 hours more or less (running and gym).
This said, the results of the blood test are really great, all within the tolerances. The only points out of the tolerances are:
- Creatinine > 1.32 mg/dL (margin from 0.7 to 1.20)
This has an explanation, I don't drink too much water during the day, also, I trained the day before of the blood test and that could rise the creatinine level and also, the week after I started adding creatine to my diet. So seems I only have to worry about drinking more water.
- Vitamine A > 36 ug/dL (margin from 45 to 80)
I'll solve it adding carrots to my salads.
- Vitamine E > 796 ug/dL (margin from 815 to 1640)
I'll solve this by adding almonds to my diet.
As you can see there are small deficiencies, but in fact I assume it's fault of my own "standardized" diet than Queal diet.
I'll repeat test some in some months and check the improve (if any).
Hope this post is useful for some of you.
