It sounds like your body is having some trouble adjusting to the amount of fibre in Queal meals.
How high in fibre was your diet before using Queal?
Queal has exactly 33% of the Recommended Daily Intake of fibre in each meal, but most of the general population actually eats significantly less fibre than that, making the change sometimes a bit of a jump for the body to readjust to.
I'd recommend starting out with no more than 1 meal of Queal per day until your body adjusts to the change.
That could take about a week or so.
