Since I got a blender for my birthday, I started experimenting with adding fruit to my Queal.
Here are some of my experiences & observations:
* The lighter tastes, like Smooth Vanilla and Banana Mania, are easy to overwhelm when you add 2 or 3 pieces of fruit
* Since most of the fibre of the fruit is still there after blending, I use 1 or 2 scoops less of Queal. A full Queal standard meal with 3 pieces of fruit is just too much.
* The fruit also adds moisture, so I add a bit less water
* Store the mix in the fridge if you don't drink it right away, especially if you use banana
* A small apple mixed with Awesome Apple Pie gives a very balanced taste
* So far I have added banana, kiwi (green and gold), nectarine, apple, prume and blueberry
