I have been (unknowingly) doing IF for years since I never eat breakfast and don't snack either. I had no issues incorporating Queal (whether Standard or Athletic) into my diet, either as part-meal or whole-meal.
I don't think there'd be a problem with eating 310g of Queal in one meal if you want to. I've done it multiple times before and haven't died (yet? ).
I don't share @Floris_Queal concerns, though. I don't think it's too large a meal by itself: while it is equivalent to 2.5 Big Macs (500 kcal a piece), a 1250 kcal meal is actually not that much and easy to attain when eating out (a main course + dessert should already put you close to or above that in most restaurants, and one actual Big Mac menu with fries, sauces and drink should clock in at 1100-1200 kcal...).
I personally spread my intake over two meals a day, so I almost exclusively have 800-1600 kcal meals. I find it more satiating that way than with small meals, but YMMV ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
