Adding new items to subscription

Hi. I’m trying to add new items to my subscription but the “Type to search...” box doesn’t work: if I type anything nothing happens unless I hit “Add item” and at which point it just throws up an “[invalid item entered]“ error.

I’m using Safari on latest iOS for what it’s worth.

Hey @Bapplepie!
Sorry about that.

It appears that, on Safari, the dropdown menu was hidden behind some other elements on the screen.
This should now be fixed.

Thanks for the prompt reply! It sorta works now, but not quite: the menu appears now but disappears if I keep typing or use backspace and doesn’t come back afterwards.

I'm sorry to hear that.
We can't replicate that issue here, unfortunately.

As a temporary fix; You can just type the letter 'A' and use the up- and down keys to scroll through all our products.

What arrow keys? There isn’t any arrow keys on the onscreen keyboard any more than there is a mouse cursor anywhere. iOS does away with all that legacy stuff.

It can be worked around in a horribly tedious process, where I have to check the product names on the site, and then type something short that matches just few product names but it’s really not sustainable.

If you need any help on trying to fix it just please ask, I’ll do my best to help in any way I can.

We'll work on a fix.
In the meantime, it'll probably be easiest to use a computer/laptop to change the subscription content.
