Ive just tried one for lunch. Used 350ml water / 4 scoops Queal - roughly 140-150g iirc / 2 teaspoons of milled Chia.
Put Chia in first, then powder, good shake up and drank within a couple of mins.
Didn't notice any taste difference, could feel the Chia 'grounds' but surrounded by the start of gel process.
May experiment with Chia in water for more time and see how that goes, but tbh Queal is about timesaving as well as health and taste benefits, so I'm not sure I'd leave it too long.
Then again as its milled, it wont take as long to absorb water as full seeds.
Alternatively it can absorb in my stomach
Also be interested if the Queal team have any thoughts / concerns - about Chia/Queal interactions.
