I hope that others will also share their experience. This is my experience.
I use Queal for breakfast and lunch and normally go to the gym at 2pm (5 times a week, pre-current situation).
The balanced energy level of Queal is what works really well for me.
I do find that if I go to the gym right after a meal, that it's a bit too 'watery/heavy' in my stomach.
Your total caloric intake does sound a bit on the low side, so if you want to maintain your weight, you might want to increase the amount of scoops (or size of dinner) if you see yourself losing too much weight.
