Hello all! I´ve just started using Queal some days ago, but as I really like "normal" food, I´m taking the following approach:
- Breakfast: Queal Agile (75% standard portion) + Foodspring ShapeShake (50% s.p) + Queal Flow (100% s.p) in 350ml Water. This goes in after my Crossfit training at 7am. Extra proteins for recovery and Flow while reaching the office.
- Lunch: "normal" healthy food. Buddha bowl, or salads high in proteins (tuna, chicken, legumes, etc)
- Dinner: Queal Agile (100% standard portion) in 350ml Water.
- Mid-morning or mid-afternoon: Fruits, nuts & seeds, or Protein bars
So far so good, I like this approach as I don't miss the taste of real food, but I get a lot of extra time in the morning and evening.
What do you think? Are you taking 100% Queal or mixing?
