Hello all
I'm a pretty active guy, and have been following the growth of soylent products over the last year or so. I feel that the market has matured and wonder whether they really can replace food. So that's what I'm about to find out. Starting Monday 19th December I will be eating nothing except Queal and water

I chose the Athletic range as my week normally consists of two sessions of floorball training, one evening boxing and four mornings in the gym. I've no desire to lose any weight as I'm only a little man, so the extra calories and protein the Athletic range seemed a good fit
