We’re working on a new dashboard and we’d be happy if you try it out and provide us with feedback.
How does it work?
Head over to log in at dashboard.queal.com and click the top bar to enter the new beta dashboard. You’ll be automatically redirected to the newest version.
What to expect?
First of all, the dashboard will have a totally different look, feel, and user experience. The menu bar of the left is now on top and you can easily switch between these pages. In this way, the website is designed the way we can integrate it as a web app as well. How cool is that! In a few weeks time, your Queal dashboard is just ‘one tap away’!
Home
At ‘home’ you’ll find an activity live feed where all sorts of activities will be displayed. From earning points to reaching a certain level, the publication of a new blog, or the announcement of a Limited Edition. Clicking “more info” will lead you to more information.
On the right, there’s a clear overview of your Queal progress and pending rewards. Soon also consumption tracking will be available! A tool whereby you can log your meals easily and very specific. It helps us keep track of your stash and makes it possible to remind you of ordering on time, receiving interesting promotions, and make your statistics even more precise.
My Queal
- Gain insight into your latest orders, your Queal progress and effects or explore the benefits of having a subscription. In case you’re already subscribed, you can manually change your settings here.
Social
This page is all about spreading the word of Queal. On the left, you can refer your friends by email or social media, by copying your coupon code or sending them your personal referral link. Every friend referral will give you 1.000QP and a 10% discount for your friend’s first order.
Giving the gift of Queal. Why not send your friend an introductory package of Queal? These packs contain 3 bags of your friend’s preference, a Queal shaker, booklet, scoop, and free shipping!
Another cool way to share your enthusiasm about Queal with the world is via ‘unboxing challenges’. These unboxing challenges are small activities or tasks you can complete and submit. Each challenge you complete will be rewarded with QP’s which you can exchange for cool stuff or free products.

Feedback
This is the place where you can give feedback (suggestions, input, anything!). For now, we especially would be happy with feedback regarding the dashboard.
Also, we value co-creating and customer participation. Therefore, every now and then, one of our team members will ask you questions via the dashboard to get a broader insight into our customers’ needs. Each question you answer will also give you more QP’s! The latest question we’ve added is “Would you buy a DNA-kit that provides you with nutritional and sports advice?”. Would you? Let us know!
